A successful summer at Camp Warren Willis is made possible by an incredible team of dedicated Camp Counselors and Adult Volunteers who work together to create life-changing experiences for campers. Whether serving as a counselor, activity leader, support staff member, or volunteer, each person plays a vital role in helping campers grow in faith, confidence, and community.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about serving others, willing to lead by example, and eager to share God’s love through their actions. Our team members work hard, build meaningful relationships, create unforgettable memories, and help provide a safe, welcoming environment where every camper can thrive.
From mentoring campers and leading activities to supporting behind-the-scenes operations, Camp Counselors and Adult Volunteers are essential to the success of our ministry. Together, they make it possible for campers to experience adventure, belonging, personal growth, and the love of Christ.
